- Changeover day: changeover day is Saturday during the main holiday season. Out of season, short breaks and long term lets may be possible - please contact us for more details.
- Bed linen: all bed linen is included in the rental charge. For bookings of more than one week, a change of linen is provided at the end of each week if desired.
- Towels: we ask that guests bring their own bath towels and swimming towels. If you are flying and therefore have luggage restrictions, do please let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements with you.
- Water & electricity: although both are metered in France, these costs are included in the rental charge.
- Heating: the villa is heated should you wish to visit during the cooler months of the year.
